Return Process

To initiate a return: Contact our customer support team at support@isoko.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Complete the RMA form provided and include it in your return shipment. Pack the product securely to prevent damage during transit. Ship the product to the address provided along with the RMA number.

Refund or Exchange

Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it for compliance with our return policy. If the product meets our criteria, you may choose to receive a refund or exchange for a different product of equal or lesser value. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and processing times may vary based on your payment provider.

Return Shipping
